There was a huge gap between those two films and the rest of the new limited releases. Do Not Resist earned $7,150 in its lone theater. A Man Called Ove was next with an average of $6,068 in nine theaters. M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story was the widest release of the week earning just over $1 million in 256 theaters for an average of $4,331. Sand Storm and Operation Mekong had near identical averages of $3,425 and $3,403 respectively. However, Sand Storm debuted on Wednesday, so its five-day average was $7,128. Harry and Snowman were very close behind with an average of $3,158 in 18 theaters. There were also a couple of films that missed the Mendoza Line. Among the Believers just missed that mark with $1,900 in its lone theater, while Danny Says wasn’t particularly close with an average of $703 in 16.
