Data Services
OpusData
The information you see on The Numbers is delivered by our data service OpusData, a licensed feed of structured entertainment-industry data, served via a REST API. Out customers use it to build research models, internal dashboards, websites, mobile apps, investment models, academic studies, and more.
What the dataset covers
- Production budgets and finance details
- Domestic and international theatrical box office (daily, weekend, weekly, cumulative)
- Home video performance—DVD, Blu-ray, packaged-media sales
- VOD consumer spending
- Streaming availability and popularity signals
- Cast, crew, and production credits
- Production companies, distributors, and streaming platforms
- Detailed theatrical and home-video release schedules, domestic and international
- Our full Bankability Index, which estimates the value of over 100,000 people, including creative talent from in front of, and behind, the camera.
The data is normalized against a consistent taxonomy designed to suppport building analytical models. Information is reported in real-time as we received it from the studios and other sources.
