Synopsis
An action adventure journey that follows filmmaker Rob Stewart as he exposes the billion dollar illegal shark fin industry and the political corruption behind it. From West Africa, Spain, Panama, Costa Rica and France, to California, Stewart’s third film dives into the often violent underworld of the pirate fishing trade.

After two weeks of almost no releases, there are nearly 30 limited releases coming out this week. However, it’s a case of quantity above quality, for the most part, as the majority of films have no or almost no reviews. That said, the majority of films with a substantial number of reviews are earning overwhelmingly positive reviews. Some of these films, like Climax and Apollo 11, are even earning a combination of amazing reviews and loud buzz. Hopefully this means we will have some hits on this week’s list and the competition won’t sink everyone’s chances.

It’s an excellent week for limited releases with a trio of amazing films that have great star power as well. Can You Ever Forgive Me?, What They Had, and Wildlife all have a shot at box office success. Not to mention several documentaries, like On Her Shoulders, Sharkwater Extinction, Transformer, that could do well in limited release.
