Overall, the film made $51.2 million in 29 markets for totals of $408.0 million internationally and $613.3 million worldwide. It dominated the box office in China with $45.13 million and if it has any legs in this market, it will reach $500 million internationally and $750 million worldwide is within reach after its run in Japan.

On a more positive side, it remained in first place in the U.K. with $3.27 million on 504 screens over the weekend for a total of $13.28 million. At this point, it has made more than enough to cover its production and P&A budgets.

Guardians of the Galaxy slipped into third place with $19.7 million in 68 markets for totals of $273.1 million internationally and $548.53 million worldwide. The film's only major market debut this past weekend was Germany, where it debuted in first place with $6.87 million in 596 screens over the weekend for a total of $7.07 million. By this time next week, the film will likely be ahead of Iron Man's worldwide total on the Avengers franchise list.

Hercules climbed a couple spots to seventh with $9.8 million in 29 markets for an international total of $103.8 million. It opened in first place in France with $3.41 million on 487 screens. The film cost $100 million to make, so it will still need some help to break even.
